Emvali
Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy covers charges for Emvali, an email validation API operated by Ryno Brits, based in South Africa. Prices are in US dollars.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle handles checkout, billing, invoicing, and sales tax or VAT. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to purchases, including the refund and cancellation terms in those buyer terms and in Paddle’s refund policy. Emvali does not store your card number.
Plans
- Free: 500 validations a month, at no charge. There is no payment to refund.
- Starter: $12 a month for 5,000 validations.
- Growth: $29 a month for 25,000 validations.
- Overage: about $0.004 per validation after the included amount, charged through Paddle with the paid plan.
Checkout shows the plan and the amount before you pay.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge. Paddle handles the refund.
To ask, use any of these:
- The link in your Paddle receipt or the billing page in that email.
- paddle.net, and choose the option to request a refund.
- Email support@emvali.com with the account email and the date of the charge. We will help you get the request to Paddle, who handles the refund.
This 14-day window is there so you can change your mind about a charge. It does not take away a right you already have under Paddle’s buyer terms or under the law where you live.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. After you cancel, the subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. It is not renewed, and you are not charged for the next period.
Cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt, or at paddle.net. You can also email support@emvali.com and we will direct you to Paddle to cancel. Cancelling stops future charges. A refund of a charge already made is the 14-day request above.
Contact
Email support@emvali.com . For the refund itself, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles it.
